Job Description:
Business strategy and development
Relay strategic decisions on the ground
Bring back to the general management the ideas, concepts and projects likely to contribute to the development of the activity
Define a strategy, positioning and development plan for the subsidiary
Track business objectives and gross margin
Organize reporting to the Export Department
Management and management of the subsidiary
Ensure responsibility for its objectives and the implementation of the subsidiary`s budget
Ensure budgetary management of the subsidiary (operating budget and operating account)
Optimize organization to improve productivity and margin. Implement the necessary procedures and tools. Consider action plans with product managers based on the development potential of the product lines.
To help the sales teams structure their sales activities: define the tools necessary for proper operation (communication or documentation, price offers, tariffs, etc.).
Implement the necessary monitoring and follow-up tools (targeted target status)
Manager and animate his team
Manage and animate the staff of his department.
Participate in the recruitment process
Organize individual interviews with sales teams to review their activities.
Communicate internally with teams.
Supplier relationships
Providing market expertise, understanding competition, advising suppliers
Client relationship
Organize and animate the commercial database. |
