- At least a Master`s degree in Public Administration, Political Sciences, Economics, Institutionnal Development, Natural Sciences or equivalent experiences in development
General professional experience:
- The expert must have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in the area of development cooperation
Specific professional experience:
- Previous experience as a team leader for identification and formulation of activities and technical assistance is essential
- Proven capacity to manage a multi-sectoral team of experts is essential
- Knowledge of Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework is required
- Previous Technical Assistance experience with the EU and government institutions is essential
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knwoledge of the Sudan context is essential
- Written and oral fluency English and Arabic |
