As part of his duties, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Participate in the recruitment process, take charge of the integration of new employees
• Mobilize and develop staff resources
• Participate in the internal communication of the company
• Support mobility and career management
• Maintain the personnel register, the individual employee files
• Keep abreast of developments in social legislation
• Ensure the legal watch
• Follow the health and welfare files
• Develop administrative records for training and retraining organizations.
Description du profil
du candidat:
Level Bac + 2/3 in Human Resources or equivalent diploma, you justify 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally in the mining sector.
You are fluently bilingual (English / French) and have good knowledge of labor law and administrative management.
In addition, you have excellent command of payroll management and a very good working knowledge of HR management software, information and communication techniques.
Moreover, you have a very good relationship, the sense of listening and diplomacy. Also, you are rigorous, organized, methodical and versatile.
