Responsible for managing security issues of GNOC. This responsibility includes liaising with local authorities responsible for enforcing the law and securing all network activities relating to security. Act as the main Huawei North Africa interface for GNOC Orange Org in regards to Security. Act as the main responsible of SOC and IAM in GNOC. Manage the delivery of the GNOC Security interfaces as function management.

Professional Knowledge:
1、Detailed knowledge of all network technologies– MSS, IP, IN/VAS, Transmission (Optical and FH) and RAN/BSS (2G/3G/4G)
2、Installation, implementation and configuration of intrusion prevention systems
3、Real-time operational experience (24 hours, 7 days)
4、Detailed understanding of fraud detection and prevention methodology
5、Detailed knowledge of firewall configuration and supervision

Business Skills:
1、Good communication skills
2、Holder of CISSP, CISA or similar professional certificate is added advantage.
3、Holder of PMP, Prince2 or similar project management certificate is added advantage. -
4、Experience in creating financial budget
5、English (written and spoken)
6、French (written and spoken)

Other Requirements
1. Education : Master compulsory
2. Major : Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio or IT
3. Working experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operational networks focused on the design and implementation of intrusion prevention systems and on the configuration and maintenance of firewalls - MANDATORY.
