Role Overview

The incumbent will provide an effective 1st and 2nd support level (SAP and mobile applications) to operational users as per business model.

He / She will be accountable of :

- Delivering SAP support and advices to internal customers / users
- Following up of operations in SAP system
- Reporting management
- Liaison with Chennai Project team for project implementation

- To be successful in this role, you should have a Master degree in Information & Technology with a major in IT Applications, 5 years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing sector.
- Being familiar to SAP modules such as FICO must.

Knowledge in other module like PM , MM , SD & PP and any SAP certificate would be an advantage.

Abilities

- Abilities to stress and business ownership.
- Problem solving and assertive communication skills to advise and support to users. Strong listening, Open-mindedness, Approachability and Helpfulness are critical as well .
- Applicants must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
- A good level of English writing and speaking skills is mandatory.
