| An International Recruitment Agency is recruiting for Woord en Daad: A Project Leader INCE (M/F) (0,2 – 0,4fte or 8-16 hours a week ) Ref: TPCM-R217PL In 2015 the International Network for Christian Education (INCE) was up to structurally improve the quality of present Christian Education. INCE will develop towards a worldwide network in at least 10 countries that mutually work together on Christian Quality Education both nationwide and globally. INCE’s core, at country level, will be either setting up or improving quality Christian Teacher Training, Educational Advisory Services and supporting Policy Influencing in order to make education more relevant for students and society in environments where this is a challenge. INCE will contribute to a strong (Christian) Education Sector,enabling schools to offer a stimulating learning environment, enabling teachers to become Christian professionals andsupporting children inbecomingresponsible, active and productive citizens. - To implement INCE in Burkina Faso. - The implementation is based on business plans. The goal of the projects is to realize the startup of INCE in the named country. - In summarize: `An experienced project leader with affinity for Christian education as an agent of change and a business mindset’ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The country project leader International Network for Christian Education (INCE) Burkina Faso is responsible for: - The implementation of the INCE business plan and realizing the objectives of the network - Leading the project team in Burkina Faso - Effectively involving relevant actors both in the country and internationally |

| COMPETENCIES AND CHARACTERISTICS - Preferably experience and/or knowledge of the Education Sector in Burkina Faso - A business and result oriented mindwith, preferably, experience in business - A driven pioneer, becayou implement INCE in a new environment - Experience and/or knowledge of requirements for the development of quality (Christian) education services, curricula and educational materials in order to make education more relevant for students and give an impact in their lives - Experience with project management and leading projects. - Extensive knowledge and experience with contemporary project cycle-management methods and practices and budgeting - Taking responsibility for goals and an effective process leading towards these goals and inspiring and motivating the actors and team members involved in order to achieve goals - Systematic, fast, accurate, precise, transparent and accountable. - Good proficiency in English and French - Intercultural sensitivity with specific competencies to act effectively within the cultures of the Netherlands and Burkina Faso - Good oral and written communication skills. - A protestant Christian/Evangelical background |
