| The overall objective of the project is to contribute to inclusive growth in Ghana by strengthening social protection and employment systems in the country. The specific objective is to enhance social protection services notably for vulnerable population groups and to generate decent employment opportunities, with a particular attention to the youth. The expected key results are to achieve: - Equity based investment in Ghanaian Agribusiness Value Chains is promoted, and in particular the presence of Impact Investment Funds is increased in Ghana. - Business between large companies at the top of a value chain and new suppliers is generated. - Export development in the ECOWAS region is promoted. |

| Qualifications and skills - The key expert should have at least a Master`s Degree in a business related subject such as Economics, Finance, Management, Investment Promotion, Industrial Economics, or other relevant fields or equivalent professional experience of at least 2 years in addition to the requested general professional experience. General professional experience - At least 10 years of relevant professional work experience, of which 5 years as a professional in international and domestic investment promotion. Specific professional experience - Proven experience in working with / building capacity of investment promotion agencies and/or sector associations. - Broad range of experience in investment promotion, ranging from the development of investment appraisal skills in key agencies, to strengthening the institutional framework for investment promotion as well as the identification of target markets, preparation of investment briefs and delivery of investment seminars. - Excellent written and oral communication in English required. - Solid IT skills. |
